Wanda S. Rush Trude, 65, of Millsboro, died at 4:30 p.m. Sunday, May 30, 2021, in the Donnell House in Washington. She was born Saturday, January 21, 1956, in Cleveland, Ohio, a daughter of the late Paul Rush and Lula Grace Roupe Rush.
Wanda enjoyed playing board games and Pokemon Go. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She retired as the manager of the BFS convenience store and gasoline station in Waynesburg and Jefferson.
Her husband, Roger G. Trude, whom she married September 16, 1973, died June 25, 2014.
Surviving are two daughters, Pebbles (George) Carnahan of Millsboro, and Tiffany Trude of Mather; four grandchildren, Raven Shorts, Brandy Shorts, Roger “RJ” Trude and MaKenzie Trude; one sister, Brenda Lemley of Waynesburg; and one brother, David Rush of Mt. Morris; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are one son, Roger Trude; and one brother, Edward Rush.
At the request of the deceased, there will be no public visitation or services. Burial will be private. Milliken and Throckmorton Funeral Home, Inc., Daryl L. Throckmorton, owner / director, 197 N. Maiden Street, Waynesburg, PA 15370, has been entrusted with her arrangements.
