Carol Sue Donaldson
Carol Sue Donaldson, 69, of Waynesburg, passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2021, in Donnell House of Concordia Hospice in Washington.
She was born January 22, 1952, in Waynesburg, a daughter of the late Kenneth Lowery and Ida Maine Ackley.
Carol worked as a caregiver for many elderly people in Greene County. She had owned and operated Donaldson’s Personal Care Home in Waynesburg.
Her favorite pastimes were playing bingo and shopping at yard sales and thrift stores.
Surviving are a daughter, Brittany K. Phillips (Rusty) of Uniontown; a grandson, Caleb S. Phillips; her sisters, Sally Eddy (Ronald) of Jefferson, Cindimae Kiger (Larry) of New Freeport, and Melissa Kisner (Leonard) of Winchester, Va.; and her brother, John Lowery of Mount Morris. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Six siblings are deceased.
