Rose L. Goins Connell, 74, of Washington, passed away Friday, April 30, 2021.

She was the beloved mother of Lisa Ruggieri (Frank) and Michele Connell; sister of the late Marylouise Goins and Florence Broggi; and grammy of Nicholas, Randal, Allyson, Angela and Annalise.

Rose faithfully transported children for 23 years as a school bus driver for the South Park School District.

Visitation is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the time of a blessing service, Thursday, May 6, in the David J. Henney Funeral Home, 6364 Library Road (Route 88), Library.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Disabled American Veterans (D.A.V.).
