Dorothy Mae Donovall
Dorothy Mae Donovall, 93, formally of Burgettstown, passed Tuesday, May 11, 2021.
She was born September 9, 1927, in McDonald, a daughter of Thomas James and Ethel Mae Porter Bruce.
Mrs. Donovall was a member of Eldersville United Methodist Church. She enjoyed crossword and jigsaw puzzles, polka dances, watching her Pittsburgh Pirates, reading her Bible daily, flowers and watching the birds eat at her feeder.
Surviving are three children, Leo Richard (Karen) Donovall Jr. of Warren, David Allen (Cindy) Donovall of Weirton and Cheryl Ann (Michael) Wilt of Cadiz, Ohio; three brothers, Ronald Bruce of Aliquippa, James and Howard Bruce, both of McDonald; 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are four brothers, Thomas J., Robert, Donald and William Bruce; and two grandchildren.
Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 13, in the Nation Funeral Home, Inc., 220 E. Lincoln Avenue, McDonald, PA 15057, where services will take place at 1:30 p.m. Friday, May 14. Interment will follow in Robinson Run Cemetery.
