Patricia Cimino Sewock

Patricia Cimino Sewock, 90, of Washington, peacefully passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2021, in St. Clair Hospital.

She was born August 28, 1930, in Washington, a daughter of the late Peter and Constance Mazzei Cimino.

Mrs. Sewock was employed by the City of Washington Treasurer’s Office for 21 years, retiring in 2001. She also worked at Jessop Steel Co. in the Specialties Department as a sales correspondent and Precision Industries as a receptionist and product order typist. Mrs. Sewock was a graduate of Washington High School Class of 1948.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Sewock.

Surviving are two daughters, Coni (Kurt) Baumgartel of Sewickley and Sheila (James) Regan of Cumming, Ga.; two grandsons, Jack Baumgartel and Casey Regan. Also left to remember her are many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and friends, whom she loved dearly.

In addition to her parents and husband, deceased are six brothers, Sam, Joe, Johnny, Benny, Louie and Patsy; and three sisters, Katie Alberta, Mary Belline and Rose Amistade.

She lived her life by the code of loving one another and the Golden Rule. Her kind spirit was recognized by others, no matter how brief the encounter may have been. Mrs. Sewock was a family jewel and was loved by all. She will be remembered for her fun loving spirit and as one of a kind. She truly loved spending time with her family and friends.

Mrs. Sewock was an avid reader, enjoyed playing cards and watching all Pittsburgh sports teams. She also enjoyed music, especially big bands and was a member of St. Hilary Roman Catholic Church.

Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 13, in the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson at East Katherine Avenues, Washington, S. Timothy Warco, supervisor / director, Susan Falvo Warco, director, S. Timothy Warco II, director. A blessing service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, May 14, in the funeral home, with the Rev. Michael Peck officiating. Interment will follow in Washington Cemetery.
