Nancy Hatfield
Nancy Hatfield, 64, of Washington, passed away Thursday, May 13, 2021, at the Donnell House.
She was born August 14, 1956, in Pittsburgh. She was preceded in eternal rest by her loving parents, Clifford and Catherine Carson.
Nancy was a graduate of Bethel Park High School.
She retired from Friendship Village after 20 plus years as a supervisor.
On June 14, 2006, Nancy married Kenneth B. Hatfield Jr.
Nancy is survived by her loving husband of 15 years, Kenneth Hatfield Jr.; daughter, Amy (Aaron) Bashore; stepson, Kenneth (Sara Holmes) Hatfield III; stepdaughters, Victoria Hatfield and Chelsea Hatfield; as well as her wonderful grandbabies, AJ, Allison, Adeline, Paxton, Wyatt, Tyler and Izabella.
Nancy was a wonderful soul who loved everyone she met. She was an absolute warrior who beat cancer twice and finally lost the battle when it returned for a third time.
Her smile and caring heart will be missed by all whose life she touched.
Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 21, in William G. Neal Funeral Home, 925 Allison Avenue, Washington PA 15301. A service of Christian burial will be at 1 p.m. Friday in the funeral home, with Pastor Michael Chambers officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a memorial donation to the American Cancer Society, 320 Bilmar Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15205.
