John Michael Piatnick
John Michael Piatnick, 58, of Canonsburg, passed away Wednesday, May 19, 2021, in Heritage Valley Hospital, Beaver. He was born December 23, 1962, in Washington, a son of the late William A. and Josephine Mikec Piatnick.
John was a graduate of Immaculate Conception High School. He worked at the Giant Eagle in McMurray and most recently in the warehouse at CurranTaylor Inc.
He was a member of St. Patrick Church of St. Oscar Romero Parish. He enjoyed boating, motorcycles and hunting for bargains on the computer.
Left behind to cherish his memory is the love of his life of 32 years, Shelley Wise of Canonsburg; and his sister, Becky Bruno and her husband, Carl of Houston.
Family and friends are welcome from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, May 21, in Salandra Funeral and Cremation Services Inc., 304 West Pike Street, Canonsburg, 724-745-8120, where departing prayers will be recited at 12:10 p.m. followed by a 12:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Patrick Church of St. Oscar Romero Parish, 317 West Pike Street, Canonsburg.
Interment will follow at St. Patrick Cemetery, Canonsburg.
