Jean R. Sergi
Jean R. Sergi, of Coraopolis, formerly of Midway, passed away Friday, May 21, 2021, with her family by her side, in Tapestry Senior Living.
She was a daughter of the late J.E. and Kathleen Healy Wertz.
Mrs. Sergi was married for 56 years to her husband, William C. Sergi, who preceded her in death in 2010.
She was a member of St. Isidore the farmer Parish (St. Alphonsus Worship site) and was an active supporter of the Meals on Wheels program.
Surviving are her children, Kathleen (John) Smithnosky of Moon Township And William C. (Patricia) Sergi Jr. of Cecil Township; grandchildren DeAnna Kwiecinski, Aaron Smithnosky, Lauren Burlando and Brianne Garber. Also surviving are six great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mary Farmerie of Bridgeville.
Jean was also preceded in death by her sister, Mildred Smith.
Friends and family are invited to a Memorial Mass at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 26, in the St. Isadore The Farmer Parish (St Alphonsus Worship Site), McDonald, PA 15057.
Arrangements are entrusted to Thomas-Little Funeral Service Inc., 106 St. John Street, Midway PA 15060.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Beaver Valley Humane Society or to St. Isadore The Farmer Parish.
