Joseph John Bevec
Joseph John Bevec, 57, of Washington, died unexpectedly, Saturday, May 22, 2021, in Canton Township.
He was born March 29, 1964, in Hawthorne, Calif., a son of Joe and Esther Herman Bevec, of New Jersey.
Joe was a 1982 graduate of Ringgold High School.
He worked as a graphic designer for King Digital in Pittsburgh.
In his free time he enjoyed fishing and watching NASCAR; however, his greatest passion was helping people. He will be remembered as a man who was always doing for others and never for himself.
Joe was a social member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #191, Canonsburg.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, are two sons, Theodore and Nash Bevec, both of Canonsburg; a daughter, Amanda (Alexios) Kourouklidis, of Germany; three sisters, Daralyn (Joe) Jurkovich of Meadow Lands, Lisa (Scott) Adams of Vincentown, N.J., and Jennifer (Rich) Figueroa of Mount Holly, N.J.; a granddaughter, Zoe Mea Kourouklidis; the mother of his children, Beth Olsen; and several nieces and nephews.
All services are private and entrusted to Hummell and Jones Funeral Home, Douglas M. Jones, supervisor, Dr. Lawrence K. Donovan, director.
