Margaret V. Thomas

Margaret V. “Peggy” Thomas, 59, of Cumberland Village, Carmichaels, died Saturday, October 30, 2021, in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, W.Va., surrounded by her loved ones.

Peggy was born April 16, 1962, the daughter of the late Ruth Rogozinski. She was raised by her grandmother, the late Jennie Dobbins.

She is survived by her daughter, Norma Williams (Justin); six grandchildren, Payton, Bryleigh, Hallie, Mason, Lajla, and Janezza; a sister, Rose Thomas; two uncles, Clarence “Buster” Dobbins (Enes), and Robert Dobbins (Wendy); an aunt Norma Plavi (Mike); Cousin Bev Humphries; and dear friends, Vicki, Jeremy, Tracey, Jeff, and Jimmy.

Deceased in addition to her parents are her grandparents, Robert and Jenny Dobbins; uncle Jeff Dobbins; aunt Karen Swaney; niece Wendy Kay; best friend Bonnie David; and her great dog, Franklin.

She enjoyed being a mom and Maw maw to her six grandbabies, and having coffee with her friends on her front porch.

She was a caregiver to the late Joseph Cybak.

Friends and family will be received at the Paul M. Lesako Funeral Home, Inc., 204 Dowlin Avenue, Carmichaels. 724-966-5100. Paul M. Lesako, Funeral Director / Supervisor, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, November 3, and from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., the time of the funeral service, on Thursday, November 4.
