Charles R. Crouch
Charles R. “Chuck” Crouch, 78, formerly of Bridgeville and Claysville, passed away Wednesday, October 20, 2021, in McMurray Hills Manor, McMurray.
He was born October 3, 1943, a son of the late Charles F. Crouch and Matilda Crouch.
Chuck worked as a mechanic for Burgunder Dodge and Ray’s Transmissions for many years. He also worked as a grounds keeper for Hunting Ridge.
He loved the outdoors, and was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He will be sadly missed by his daughter, Lori Pinkerton (Jeff) of Washington; and his son, John Crouch (Christine) of Claysville; brother, Ronald Crouch (Geri) of Glassport; and sister, Laura Jean Geyer (Donald) of Scottdale; his grandchildren, Amber Pinkerton of Pittsburgh and Jesse Pinkerton of Washington; and great-grandchildren, Aliza Weston of Pittsburgh and Charlotte Pinkerton of Washington; along with many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Carole Mae Sovitski and Marlene Jones Gregory.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, November 10, in United Methodist Church, 1279 Route 40, Claysville, PA 15323.
