Margaret A. Englert
Margaret A. Englert, 85, of Eldersville, passed away Monday, November 8, 2021, in The Donnell House, Washington.
She was born March 3, 1936, a daughter of the late Dominic and Mary Ann Ordoz Venegaz.
After attending Our Lady of Lourdes and the Union High Schools in Burgettstown, she worked for Blue Star Potato Chip Factory, Billy Boy’s Pizza and retired from Pittsburgh International Airport, where she worked in the custodial department. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Lourdes Church of St. Isidore the Farmer Parish in Burgettstown, the Jefferson Township Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary and enjoyed crocheting and watching her Westerns.
Her husband, James L. Englert, passed away June 18, 2003.
She is survived by her daughters, Mary Ann Williams and husband Richard of Burgettstown, and Brenda Englert, with whom she made her home; two granddaughters, Ricki Jo Heindl and husband Keith, and Wendy Sole and husband Jeremiah; six great-grandchildren, Mikayla, Miranda and Marissa Sole, and Savannah, Dakota and Cheyenne Heindl; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by six brothers nad sisters. She was the last of her immediate family.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 13, in Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, 1109 Main Street, Burgettstown, with the Rev. Zachary Galiyas as celebrant.
Memorial donations may be made in her memory to St. Isidore the Farmer Parish, 103 Church Road, Imperial, PA 15126.
