Steven J. DelCorso
Steven J. DelCorso, 74, of Peters Township, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 21, 2021, with his family by his side.
He was born to parents Dominic and Mary Gabster DelCorso, on April 8, 1947, in Canonsburg. Steve graduated from Peters Township High School, and received a degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Dominic DelCorso, Jr.
He is survived by his loving wife, Janet Andres; devoted daughter, Carly (Tim) McCall of Elizabeth; and two adoring granddaughters, Cara and Kenzie McCall who were his heart. He is also survived by his dear sisters-in-law, Judy Ahern, Nancy Andres, Debbie Andres; many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Steven owned The Granary restaurant in Washington for 20 years. He DJ’d many weddings and parties, and he loved to sing. His greatest accomplishment was being the best Dad and “Da” to his daughter and granddaughters.
Funeral arrangements by Beinhauers. Family and friends welcome at 2828 Washington Road, McMurray, 724 941-3211, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at noon Wednesday, November 24, in St. John XXIII Parish, St. Benedict the Abbot Church. Interment is private.
