Teresa M. Matthews
Teresa M. Matthews, 61, of Weirton, W.Va., formerly of Burgettstown, passed Thursday, November 25, 2021.
She was born March 16, 1960, in Canonsburg, a daughter of Eugene and Anna Walker Hill.
She was the beloved wife of Douglas Matthews, who passed September 13, 1983.
Teresa enjoyed gambling, shopping, gardening with solar lights, and most of all, spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving are two children, Douglas E. (Shawn) Matthews of Weirton, and Amanda (Ken) McKinney of Burgettstown; two stepchildren, Rhonda and Donna Bogo; two brothers, Gene (Tammy) Hill of McDonald, and Robert (Kathy) Hill of Canonsburg; a sister, Cathy (Darwin) Studebaker of Burgettstown; fiance Ronald Bogo of Avella; four grandchildren, Kenna (James), Haley, Olivia and Keenan McKinney; four stepgrandchildren, Ryan, Destiny, Zachary and Zoey Bogo; two step great-grandchildren, Raylee and Rylee Bogo.
Family will receive friends from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday, November 28, in Nation Funeral Home Inc., 220 E. Lincoln Avenue, McDonald, PA 15057, where services will take place at 11 a.m. Monday, November 29. Interment will follow in Robinson Run Cemetery.
