Susan Mauro, 67, of Chicora, Oakland Twp., died on Wednesday, October 6, 2021. She was born on February 15, 1954 and was the daughter of the late Clarence and Donnie Cain Shaw.
She retired as an LPN from Butler VA Hospital.
In her free time Susan cherished the time she spent with her children and grandchildren.
Survived by her beloved husband of 38 years, Joseph Mauro; three children, Mia (Mark) Taylor, Audrey Mauro, and Joshua (Stephanie) Mauro; four grandchildren, Maura Taylor, Harlan Taylor, Emilio Taylor, and Lydia Mauro; two siblings, Margaret “Peggy” McCready and David Shaw; and also survived by many family and friends.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by two siblings, E. Kay Shaw and Paul Shaw.
Family and friends will be received from 12 p.m. until time of service at 2 p.m., on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at the Behm Funeral Home, 182 W. High Street, Waynesburg.
Interment will follow at Green Mount Cemetery.
