Harold Joseph Neuman Jr.
Harold “Joe” Joseph Neuman Jr., 74, of Birdsboro, passed away Friday, October 15, 2021.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years of marriage, Carol S. Meharey Neuman.
Harold was born April 6, 1947, in Canonsburg a son of the late Harold J. Sr., and Laura Neuman. With his wife, Carol, they are owner/operator of Kismet Swiss that bred and raised Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs.
Joe was employed by Norristown State Hospital as a social psychologist for 36 years retiring in 2006.
Also surviving are his two children, Joanne (widow of David Stambaugh) and Michael J. Neuman; and his brother, James D. Neuman (Susan). Also, left to cherish his memory are two nieces, Kristen Neuman and Dr. Erin Neuman-Boone; and two nephews, Dr. Brian Neuman and Judge Brandon Neuman.
Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, October 20, at Forest Lawn Gardens, 3739 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317. Those wishing to attend the service are asked to please meet at the entrance to the cemetery.
