Mary Antoinette Interval
Mary Antoinette Interval, 90, of Washington, went to be with her Lord Monday, August 30, 2021.
She was born April 22, 1931, to Joseph and Francis Ritchie Spalla.
Raised in Canonsburg, she graduated from Canonsburg High School in 1949.
On January 25, 1958, she married Anthony Interval Sr. They made their home in Washington.
During her lifetime, Mrs. Interval worked in various places, but she was known for managing The Washington Restaurant as well as being its pastry chef. People would come for miles to taste her delicacies. Her last position was working at the Washington County Treasurer’s Office, where she made many friends.
Mrs. Interval was a very caring lady and a wonderful mother and grandmother.
She looked forward to watching the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sundays.
Surviving are her sons, John (Amy) Interval of Lawrence and Anthony Interval Jr. of Washington; grandson John (Kerri) Interval Jr. of Washington; and granddaughter Micall Interval (fiance Nathan Russo) of Bridgeville. She also had many nieces, nephews and cousins, who loved her very much.
Deceased are her parents; her husband, Anthony Sr., who passed away May 4, 2000; and her brother, Lucian Spalla, who passed away September 3, 1997.
There will be no public visitation or service.
