Alvin F. Miller
Alvin F. Miller, 84, of Andover, Ohio, formerly of Stuart, Fla., and Canonsburg, peacefully went to be with his Lord Wednesday, September 1, 2021, in Andover.
Alvin was born February 19, 1937, in Hazelwood, a son of the late Alvin and Idabel Wilson Miller. He was a retired employee of Duquesne Light, and a proud veteran serving with the U.S. Navy.
Alvin was the beloved husband of the late Patricia Frazier Miller; loving father of Mark (Marijo) Miller of Stuart, and Mary Beth (Wayne) Valocik of Andover; proud grandfather of Howard Fugitt, Rebecca (Josh) Reid, Ashley (Michael) Niro and Carrie Snyder; and great-grandfather of Isabella Niro, Lorenzo Niro, and the expected Connor Reid.
Arrangements by Beinhauers. Friends and family are welcome in Beinhauers, 2828 Washington Road, McMurray, 724-941-3211, from 2 to 8 p.m. Saturday, September 11. Private interment Monday, September 13, in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, with full military honors.
