Thomas C. Barnhill Jr., 77, of Canonsburg, passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2022, in his home, with his wife at his side.
He was born November 23, 1944, in Pittsburgh, a son of Thomas C. and Drusilla Richards Barnhill.
Mr. Barnhill was a 1963 graduate of Chartiers-Houston High School and graduated from Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics.
Tom was veteran having served as an aviation mechanic with the Army Air Corps during the Viet Nam War, from June 1966 until March 1968, with overseas duty in Korea.
He was employed as an aircraft mechanic for Westinghouse and several aviation companies at the Allegheny County Airport.
Tom is survived by his wife of 43 years, Barbara Haller Barnhill; a sister, Dru Kotlinski (Gerald) of Houston; and many friends.
A brother, Dale Barnhill, is deceased.
A memorial service was held Wednesday, March 30, in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Cecil Township, with full military rites accorded by the Honor Guard of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #191 in Canonsburg.
