Karen A. Rockey, 77, of Houston, passed away on April 6, 2022, in Transitions Healthcare of Washington.
She was born in Charleroi, a daughter of the late Albert J. and Mary Ann Sanbouryne Salvino.
Karen had been employed as an LPN at Washington Hospital. Had also worked at HCR Manorcare. She was an active member of the Washington County Blind Association and the Washington County Council of The Blind.
Karen was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas M. Rockey and a brother, Ronald Salvino. Surviving are her daughter, Katalin Rockey (fiance Patrick Anderson) of Brownsville and her sister, Marilyn Kuhn of Newport News VA.
Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions in Mrs. Rockey’s name may be made to the Washington County Council of the Blind- 2131 E. National Pike Scenery Hill, PA 15360.
