Mark Timothy Beattie II
Mark Timothy Beattie II, 39, of Washington, died Monday, August 6, 2022, in Allegheny General Hospital.
He was born November 8, 1982, in New Kensington, a son of Kathy Albright and stepfather Roderick Albright of Frisco, N.C.
He graduated from Plum Senior High School and went on to work as a tradesman, then recently started his own, successful business, Fantasy Construction Co.
He enjoyed challenging himself by trying new things, which included computer programming and complicated mathematical problems. Mark was nothing less of a genius who was also caring and hilarious in his own kind of strange way. He also enjoyed motorcycles and ATVs.
On March 14, 2013, he married Tori Johnson, who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Sydney Beattie, and a son, Mark Beattie III, both of Washington; and a brother, David Beattie of New Eagle.
There will be no visitation. Friends will be received for a memorial service at 1 p.m. Saturday, August 13, in the Hummell and Jones Funeral Home, 420 Locust Avenue, Washington. All other services will be private. Following the services, everyone is invited to a gathering at the family home.
