James Dallas Simmons Jr.
James Dallas Simmons Jr., 73, years old of Cecil, died Monday, August 29, 2022, in the Greenery Center for Rehab and Nursing, Canonsburg.
He was born March 18, 1949, in Pittsburgh, son of the late James and Elizabeth Fink Simmons Sr.
He was a member of Venice Presbyterian Church and a former board member for TRPIL.
James served in the U.S. Navy.
Surviving is his sister, Cindy (Ronald) Adams of Canonsburg; nieces, Heather (Mark) Schultz of Flemington, N.J., Tracy (Dan) Delisio of the North Hills, Darcy (Rick) McNellis of Montana; and great-nieces and nephews, Laine, Carson, Noah, Cameron and Ryan.
Private interment will be held at Forest Lawn Gardens, McMurray.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial donations be made to Kindred Hospice, 5315 Campbells Run Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15205.
