William L. Hickman
William L. “Bill” Hickman of Canonsburg, passed away peacefully at the age of 85, on Tuesday, November 29, 2022.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Vera Rossell Hickman; husband of the late Lorraine Barufaldi Hickman and Norettia Trompeter Hickman, the mother of his children; and his brother, Paul Hickman.
Bill was the proud father of Robert (Beverly) Hickman, Rebecca (Joe) Zahn, and William (Linda) Hickman; loving PapPap of David (Michelle) Hickman, Jason Hickman, Chelsea Zahn, Nicole Zahn, Kristi (Bret) Coburn, and Scott (Brianna) Frizzell; cherished great-grandfather to Ella, Graden, Brylee, Bristol, and Connor; and grand dogs, Zoey and Libby.
Bill was a retired Heavy Equipment Mechanic and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He enjoyed sports, classic cars and the company of his family and many friends.
Family and friends will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. on Sunday and 10 to 11 a.m. on Monday in the Beinhauer Funeral Home, 2828 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 724-941-3211. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 11 a.m. with military honors immediately following.
