Leslie “Andy” Udell Anderson, Jr., age 76 of Roscoe, died Monday, December 19, 2022 in Transitions Healthcare – Washington.

He was born September 19, 1946 in Lewistown, Pa. to the late Leslie Udell Anderson, Sr. and Alice Griest Anderson.

He attended Monongahela High School, graduating with the class of 1965 and went on to attend Penn State University where he studied engineering.

On July 3, 1967 he enlisted in the United States Army where he proudly served as a commissioned officer, achieving the rank of Second Lieutenant before being honorably discharged in December 1969. After his military service, Leslie worked as a laborer in the landscaping industry and was a member of the Laborers Union Local 373.

Leslie is survived by two sisters, Pam (Bob Cuti) Anderson of Battle Ground, Wash., and Marsha (Richard) Davis, of Redondo Beach, Calif.; as well as a brother, Robert Anderson of Washington. He is also survived by two nieces, Judith Anderson and Jaimie Kirkpatrick; and three nephews, Jeff Anderson, Bobby Anderson, and Brent Davis. In addition, he leaves behind his longtime companion, Patty Harger.

Arrangements are private and entrusted to Davenport Funeral & Cremation Services, LLC., 420 Locust Avenue, Washington.
