Mary C. Liston
Mary C. Liston, 73, of Grindstone, passed away peacefully, in her home, Saturday, February 19, 2022, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born September 26, 1948, in Brownsville, a daughter of the late John and Marion Bartolli.
Mary was a teacher in the Frazier School District, retiring in 2011.
She was a member of The Gold Wing Motorcycle Club – Chapter E.
Mary is survived by her husband of 54 years, Eli Liston; two children, John W. Liston and wife Karen of Brush, Colo., and Jackie N. Kordich and husband Daniel T. of Grindstone; five grandchildren, Daniel J. Kordich, Elizabeth Liston, Jacob Kordich, Madeline Kordich and Stefanie Liston; two sisters, Christine Beck and husband Ronald of Brownsville, and Marion Lucas and husband James of Charleroi. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, February 23, and from 10 until the 11 a.m. funeral service Thursday, February 24, in Skirpan Funeral Home, 135 Park Street, Brownsville, with the Rev. Frank Todaro officiating. Entombment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park.
