Charlotte R. Marshall
Charlotte R. Marshall, 78, of Washington, formerly of Houston, died Monday, February 21, 2022, in the Washington Hospital.
She was born July 18, 1943, in Washington, a daughter of Ralph and Elizabeth Saussol Marino.
Charlotte was a graduate of Chartiers-Houston High School.
She was a member of the American Legion Post #902 in Houston and a former member of the Canonsburg Eagles.
Mrs. Marshall enjoyed playing bingo and cards, especially euchre.
On October 20, 1962, she married William C. Marshall, who died October 12, 2010.
Surviving are three sons, William C. Marshall Jr. of Houston, and Ronald L. Marshall and Thomas C. Marshall, both of Washington; two daughters, Jackie Sifinski (George Hollenbach) of Meadow Lands and Donna Marshall (Raymond Merigo) of South Park; eight grandchildren, Becky and Brandi Sifinski, Samantha Kearns, Rickima and Richard Cacurak, Elizabeth Hauser, Amber Marshall and Frank Polston; eight great-grandchildren; two sisters, Amelia Pomfret of Meadow Lands and Frances Marino of Canonsburg; a brother, Ralph Marino (Jeanette) of Houston; and many nieces and nephews.
Deceased are two sisters, Betty Cross and Jeanette Teeter.
Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m., the time of service, Friday, February 25, in the McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home Ltd., Robert K. McIlvaine, owner / supervisor, 27 Cherry Avenue, Houston, PA 15342.
