Kilbourne O. Hancher
Kilbourne O. Hancher, 91, of McMurray, formerly of Claysville, passed away after a brief illness on February 21, 2022.
He was the son of the late Irene and Kilbourne O. Hancher Sr.
Beloved husband of Vera W. Hancher for almost 40 years; loving father of Rodney E. (Dianne Burkhart-Hancher) Hancher, Leonard B. (Shelane) Hancher, Kilbourne P. (Jamie) Hancher, and Dwight H. (Carrie L.) Wiles; grandfather of Lauren (Ian), Dana Michael (Mary Beth), Heather, Ryan (Lisa), Deja, Shannon, Nicole (Josh), Jessica, Shane, and Emily; brother of Earl (Ginny) Hancher and Edward Hancher; also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his former wife, Marjorie E. Riggs; daughter, Cheryl D. Hancher; step-son, George Wiles; and siblings, Donald Hancher and Geraldine Fritz.
Kilbourne loved spending time in his yard and keeping it meticulous.
In high school he was a wrestler, and put McGuffey on the maps for wrestling.
He enjoyed traveling and square dancing with his wife.
Kilbourne was a proud U.S. Army Veteran that served during the Korean Conflict as a Quartermaster Corps soldier.
He was a Power House Operator at Jessop Steel.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Gardens.
