Marie E. Krenzelak
Marie E. Krenzelak, 100, of Washington, died Saturday, January 22, 2022, in Townview Health and Rehabilitation Center, Canonsburg.
She was born April 8, 1921, in Washington, a daughter of the late Antonio and Flora Pfeiffer Mousourakis.
Marie was a 1939 graduate of Washington High School. She was employed by Ball Brothers Glass/Craft, Washington Tin Plate, and the U.S. Government making large bombs during World War II.
She was past president of FOE 687 Auxiliary. She loved canning fruits and vegetables and sharing them with family and friends.
Marie is survived by her son, Carlo (Kathy) Krenzelak of Prosperity; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son, David Krenzelak; daughter, Brenda Ann Krenzelak; brothers, George, John and Paul Mousourakis; sisters, Carolyn Meloy, Catherine Wallace; and granddaughter, Jamie Krenzelak.
Family and friends will be received from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m., the time of a memorial service, Tuesday, March 1, in the William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., Washington.
