Francis Koblarchick
Francis “Chip” Koblarchick, 84, of Canonsburg passed away peacefully Friday, February 25, 2022, in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.
He was born February 10, 1938, in Ellsworth, a son of the late Frank and Mary Chesney Koblarchick.
Mr. Koblarchick was a graduate of Canonsburg High School then proudly served with the United States Army as a paratrooper in the 101st Airborne, 25th Division in Hawaii. Chip was an Ironworker for 45 years and a member of Local #3. He was an avid Penguins fan and enjoyed fishing.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Charlotte Koblarchick; sons, Patrick Koblarchick of Washington and Carey (Joanne) Church of North Strabane; daughters, Debbie (Michael) Maeby of Maryland and Michelle (Dan) Allan of Canonsburg; grandchildren, Calista Allan, Jennipher (Robert) Scribner, Samantha Maeby, Carrie Lynn Church, Michael (Diane) Church and Tim Church, great grandchildren, Owen Allen, Robert and Michael Scribner, Mason Church, Chasity and Ilithyie Church.
Mr. Koblarchick was the last of his immediate family. Deceased in addition to his patents is his sister, Margaret “Peggy” Koblarchick.
