Sherry R. Ianovale, 67, of Monongahela, died Friday, December 31, 2021 in Mon Valley Hospital.

She was born October 29, 1954 in New Eagle, a daughter of the late Solomon R. and Anna Mae Rennie Gump

Sherry was retired as an administrative clerk with People’s Gas. She enjoyed shopping and spending time with her friends and family.

Surviving are her husband, Joseph Ianovale; two step-sons, Joseph (Shannon) Ianovale Jr., and Nicholas Ianovale, both of Nazareth Pa.; three grandchildren, Wesley, Luca and Gianna; nieces and nephews, Rich, Dan, Dana and Rachel; and a loving extended family.

Deceased are her second husband, Rick Wanek; and brother, Richard Gump.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Kegel Funeral Home, Inc., David P. Kegel, Supervisor, 3560 Washington Avenue, Finleyville. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 4, in the funeral home.

Interment will follow in Finleyville Cemetery. Memorial donations can be made to a children’s charity of one’s choice.
