Floyd Carrol Fox
Floyd Carrol Fox, 76, of West Findley, W.Va., passed away Monday, January 3, 2022. He was born September 3, 1945, in Wetzel, Colo., a son of the late Ira and Clara Burris Fox.
A Christian by faith, he was retired from Joy Manufacturing Co. of Houston. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a 1963 graduate of West Greene High School.
He was preceded in death by a son, Mark Anthony Fox; sisters, Virginia Weber, Louise Briggs; brothers, Charles, Kermit, Robert and Don.
He is survived by his wife, Alice Pettit Fox; sisters and brothers-in-law, Peggy Fox of Cameron, W.Va., Virginia Fox of Akron, Ohio, and Ruby (Ronnie) Hoffman of Moundsville, W.Va.; along with many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews, and cousins.
There will be no visitation at Carrol’s request. A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.
