Edward R.”Sonny” Fox, 83, of Waynesburg, died at 10:55 p.m. Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at the Waynesburg Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Waynesburg.

He was born Tuesday, October 25, 1938, in Waynesburg. A son of the late Ernest Fox and Georgia Rogers Fox.

When Ed’s health permitted, he enjoyed mowing lawns and repairing lawn mowers. He also enjoyed walking and loved his dogs. He had worked as a laborer for Perry Township, Greene County.

Surviving is one sister, Peggy Mcie, of Bobtown; one brother, Charles Franklin Fox, of Willoughby, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.

Deceased is one sister, Lucille Dulaney; two brothers: John “Jack” O. Dulaney and William “Bill” Dulaney.

The family would like to thank Patty and Ron Lemley for all of their help over the years, as well as any who had helped out in any way.

At the request of the family, there will be no public visitation or services at this time. A public memorial service will be held at a time and date to be announced.
