Kaye T. “Tom” Johnston, 86, of Eighty Four, passed away Monday, January 3, 2022, in Canonsburg Hospital.
He was born May 28, 1935, in Waynesburg, a son of the late Meade and Virginia Harshman Johnston.
Mr. Johnston was a 1953 graduate of Centerville High School, and a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
Tom was employed as a truck driver for Fox Grocery and Wetterall Inc. in Belle Vernon, for over 40 years.
He was a member of the Washington 7th Day Adventist Church.
Surviving are two children, Debra Bandel (Greg), of Eighty Four, and Thomas Johnston, of Walla Walla, Wash.; seven grandchildren; two sisters, Judy Johnston, of Sarasota, Fla., and Candace Daugherty, of Charleston, S.C.; several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are his first wife, Mary E. Watson Johnston, and his second wife, Joan Daugherty Johnston.
Funeral Arrangements are private, and under the direction of the John B. Greenlee Funeral Home, Ltd., 2830 Main Street, Beallsville.
