Roy Alan Edlis, 64, of Claysville, formerly of Penn Hills, passed away peacefully Saturday, January 15, 2022. He was born November 7, 1957, in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Seymore “Bud” and Therese O’Callaghan Edlis.

Mr. Edlis was employed by Multi-Chem. He enjoyed camping, boating, mowing grass, cooking and watching classic Westerns. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Surviving are his wife, Beth A. Edlis of Claysville; three sons, Zack (Kacie Brownlee) Edlis of Claysville, Sean Edlis of Claysville and Brian Edlis of Claysville; two brothers, Stephen Edlis of Pittsburgh and Michael (Monika) Edlis of Penn Hills; and two sisters, Patty (Steve) Brunner of Plum and Mary (Craig) Steele of Penn Hills. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Edlis was preceded in death by a brother, David Edlis.

Friends will be received from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 p.m., the hour of a memorial service, Friday, January 21, in the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home, Inc., Wilson at East Katherine Avenues, Washington, S.
