Richard Clark, 69, of Garards Fort, died Monday, January 24, 2022, in Monongahela General Hospital, Morgantown W.Va., due to a heart condition.
Richard was born November 20, 1952, in Waynesburg, a son of the late Thomas Earl Clark and Lillian Mae Willard Clark.
His wife, Cheryl L. Clark, died in 2015. Also deceased is a brother, Calvin L. Clark.
Surviving are one brother, Edward Clark; one niece, Kimberly Voegele; and his companion, Debra Tennant.
Richard was a graduate of Mapletown High School, Class of 1970. He was a United States Air Force veteran who served in Vietnam. He worked as an over-the-road truck driver and state constable for many years and was retired from PennDOT.
Richard enjoyed attending the annual White Covered Bridge Festival with Cheryl, which was held near their home.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by the Paul M Lesako Funeral Home, Carmichaels.
There will be no service. Inurnment will be in Garards Fort Cemetery.
