Patricia J. Susa
Patricia “Patty” J. Susa, 84, of Canonsburg, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, January 23, 2022.
She was the beloved mother of Chuck (Mim) Haynes of Erie, Michael (Jeanine) Haynes of Venitia, Bill Haynes of Hogansville, Ga., and Tom (Leann) Haynes of Kent, Ohio; also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, Max and Felicia Judish Susa; her siblings, Bill (Joanie) Susa and Maxine (Denny) Rusiewski; and her daughter, Lisa Webb.
Patricia was born June 9, 1937, and attended Canon-McMillan High School, graduating in 1956. She went on to graduate from the Washington Hospital School of Nursing in 1958. Patricia worked as a registered nurse in several medical disciplines.
Patty loved life. She enjoyed traveling and adventures, especially her trips to Paris, Italy, Ireland, Switzerland, Monaco, and her recent skydiving experience. Patty was an expert quilter with an eye for color and design. She gifted many quilts to friends and family and donated handmade pillow cases to Children’s Hospital. Patty was loved by family and friends and will be missed dearly.
Arrangements by Beinhauer-Bogan, 164 W. Pike Street, Canonsburg, PA 15317, where family and friends were received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, January 27. A blessing service will take place at 10 a.m. Friday, January 28, in the funeral home.
