Conchita M. Bartoletti Testa

In loving memory of Conchita “Che Che” M. Testa, 82, who passed away on Friday, June 24, 2022.

Born in 1939 to the late Dante and Anna Bartoletti, she loved her farm life upbringing and worked at the family owned gas station/rest- aurant Sun Valley, a/k/a, Dante’s in Slovan, PA.

A 1957 graduate of Union High School, she started her career at SuperDollar and then Giant Eagle where she retired in 2002 after 27 years.

In May 1959 she married Vincent “Vince” James Testa III with whom she celebrated 60 years until his passing in 2020. Che Che was a loving mother to Ann-Frances (Scott) Marler of Burgettstown; Ann-Margret “Gretta” (Jim) Stage of Richmond, Va.; and Vincent James Testa IV of Cranberry Township; grandmother to Dr. Adrienne Marler (Zach Walsh), Dominic Stage and Danny Stage.

An expert gardener and accomplished seamstress, Che Che had natural talents that lent themselves to drawing, dancing, playing the harmonica and piano. She had a variety of interests including genealogy, crafting, reading, and a fondness for baseball, bells, angels, birds, and unusual antiques.

Che Che was predeceased by her parents; brothers, Dante and Leonard; and her best friend and sister, Adrienne Guiddy.

She is survived by her sisters Virginia “Jean” Pasquale, Frances “Frani” Strope; and brother, Ralph Bartoletti (Vasso); many nieces and nephews; and an abundance of relatives, friends, and her beloved pet, Lucy.

A celebration of life for Che Che and Vince is being planned for 2023.
