Wanda Mae Lilley Ritchea, 67, of Wheeling, W.Va., passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at her home.
She was born June 13, 1955, in Washington, daughter of the late Brice Edward and Sarah Marie Davis Lilley.
Wanda was a 1974 graduate of McGuffey High School. She worked as a former nurse’s aide, an Assistant Manager for The Dollar Store, Elm Grove, W.Va., and was a member of the Church of the Nazarene, Wheeling.
She loved to camp, fish, and listen to her mom play in the band. She loved her family, and her pride and joy were her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Wanda is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Herman Dennis Ritchea; son, Randy A. Ritchea; daughter, Kristie Ann McCarthy; brother, John (Jane) Lilley; sister, Ellen (George) Wyeth; three grandchildren, Nissa (fiance, Eric Clay) Ritchea, Clay McCarthy and Brice R. Ritchea; three great-grandchildren, Sarah, Sammie and Shane Clay; aunt, Elsie Schumacher; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to attend a graveside service at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, 6 Chapel Hill Road, Claysville, PA 15323 with Reverend Harry Croft officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Church of the Nazarene, 210 Mar-Win Drive, Wheeling, WV 26003.
