Carol Ann Mueser Seubert
Carol Ann Mueser Seubert, 80, of Washington, passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2022.
She was born October 14, 1941, in Pittsburgh, the daughter of the late Raymond W. and Lillian E. Hrach Mueser.
Mrs. Seubert was a 1959 graduate of St. Benedict Academy in Pittsburgh. She worked as a legal secretary until her marriage to John F. “Jack” Seubert Jr., on June 17, 1961. Jack preceded her in death on January 8, 2019. The couple had been married more than 57 years.
Mrs. Seubert was a wonderful wife, mother, and sister. She was an outstanding cook and accomplished baker who created numerous wedding and birthday cakes. In addition, she loved to sew and quilt. Mrs. Seubert was an active member of the Martha Washington Quilters Guild and created many handmade treasures for family and friends.
She and Jack enjoyed the companionship of several dogs over the years, including her current dog, Rainn. Mrs. Seubert loved to travel and spend time at her home in West Virginia. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Mrs. Seubert is survived by two sons, Michael J. Seubert and James E. (Andrea) Seubert, both of Washington; a sister, Lisa “the one in the middle isn’t mine” (James) Bauer of Gibsonia, who was like a daughter to her; brother, Raymond (Margaret) Mueser of Valencia; and sister, Linda Puccinelli of Pittsburgh. She was also a loving aunt to Robert (Michele) Mueser and Karen Mueser and great-aunt to Ryan and Logan Mueser.
In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Seubert was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Harry Puccinelli.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 27, 2022, in the Warco-Falvo Funeral Home Inc., Wilson at East Katherine Avenue, Washington, S. Timothy Warco, Supervisor / Director, Holly Renay Warco, Director, S. Timothy Warco II, Director, Park N. Crosier, Director.
A funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. on Thursday, July 28, 2022, in the funeral home. Interment will follow at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville.
