Bernard J. DeAngelo
Bernard J. “Bernie” DeAngelo, 71 of Monongahela, formerly of Pittsburgh, passed away peacefully at home, on Tuesday, June 7, 2022.
Former husband of Penny Powers Byrd; beloved father of Gina, Nicholas and Jessica DeAngelo (Joey DeLaRosa); son of the late William and Philomena DeAngelo; brother of Don DeAngelo (Rhonda) and the late Jerry (his twin) and Jude DeAngelo; nephew of Gabriel Greco; brother-in-law of Irma and Cheryl; uncle of Liana (Mark), Jimmy and Jeffrey; and great-uncle of Rocky.
Bernie was an artist, pool shark, movie buff and lover of western wear and all things thrift.
A celebration of his life will take place later this summer.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, or inappropriate jokes may be told to unsuspecting listeners – ya gotta have levity. Ciao babe!
