Shirley A. Stiehl McManus

Shirley A. Stiehl McManus, 79, of Cecil Twp., died on Saturday, June 18, 2022.

She was born on September 29, 1942, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Albert and Eleanor Jablonski Stiehl. On August 17, 1963, she married Terrence McManus, who survives.

Shirley loved being with her family and took great pride in being the best grandma and great grandma. She was a retired cashier from St. Clair Hospital’s cafeteria and a former employee of Giant Eagle, where she worked in the meat department. She enjoyed playing Bingo.

Surviving along with her husband Terrenc, are two daughters, Joan (Richard) Long and Teresa (Dwayne) Adams; five grandchildren, Matthew (Elise) Renk, Sean O’Connor, Ian (Brianna) O’Connor, Michael Long and Katie Long; three great-grandchildren, Braxton Long, Ellie Renk and Luke Renk; a brother, Albert (Gretchen) Stiehl; and a sister, Dorothy (Gene) Kobus;, also many nieces and nephews. She is preceded by her son, Patrick McManus.

Friends received Tuesday, June 21, from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Warchol Funeral Home, Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412-221-3333). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, June 22, at 11 a.m., at Holy Rosary Church of St. Oscar Romero Parish, Muse. Interment to follow at St. Mary Cemetery, Cecil.
