Donna June Palmer
Donna June Palmer, 82, of Fredericktown, passed away Thursday, June 23, 2022, in Penn Highlands Mon Valley Hospital.
She was born June 17, 1940, in Fayette County, a daughter of the late Florin and Mary Katherine Grimm Kinder.
Donna attended Centerville High School.
She was employed as a server and mixologist at Packrall’s Bay and at the Fredericktown American Legion Post #391 for over 30 years.
Mrs. Palmer was member of the Calvary Chapel Christian Church and the American Legion Post #391 Auxiliary.
She was a great quilter and enjoyed embroidery and gardening.
Surviving are three children, Brian “Greg” Palmer (Debbie), Deneane Kreamcheck (Ed) and Douglas Palmer (Mary) all of Fredericktown; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a brother, Florin Kinder Jr.; two sisters, Rhoda Applebee and Darlene Howes (Ron) of Fredericktown; several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are her husband, Arthur “Butch” Palmer, who died in 1986; two brothers, Ernest and Donald Kinder; and grandson Brandon Palmer.
Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. on Monday, in the John B. Greenlee Funeral Home Ltd., 2830 Main Street, Beallsville, PA 15313, where Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 28, 2022, with Pastor John Thomas officiating. Interment will follow in Westland Cemetery.
