Timothy Neil Brosky
Timothy Neil Brosky, 63, of Eighty Four, passed away peacefully at home after a courageous six month battle with cancer on Friday, June 24, 2022.
Born on December 9, 1958, he was the son of the late Marjorie and Richard Brosky.
Tim was the loving husband of Lynn Brosky for 38 years; devoted daddy of Jocelin (Justin) Hoven of Ulysses, Pa., Kaylin (David) Tubio of Finleyville and Devlin (Anthony) Groves of Monongahela; cherished “Tap” of Evelyn and Jake Hoven, Tristan and Troy Tubio, and Ariana Groves; also survived by his four legged best friends, Tula and Tanner.
He was a 1977 graduate of Peters Township High School, attended Pitt and wore many different hats as a welder throughout his entire working career. Tim was employed by Lone Pine Construction for many years, was a proud Steel Worker – Union Local 1998 member, and retired UMWA 1985 Construction Worker Union member.
Throughout his younger years, he enjoyed downhill skiing, trap shooting and hunting. He always enjoyed spending time with his family, camping and perfecting his famous chicken on a spit.
Hobbies after retirement included gardening, tending to a flock of chickens and dabbling in corn planting. Tim worked hard, he played hard, and liked to share a beer with friends. He was a great husband, father, grandfather and friend that will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
