Thomas Evans Hirst, 81, of Bethel Park, passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2022. Born April 6, 1941, in Pittsburgh, he was a son of the late William and Margaret Hirst. Tom was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Elizabeth “Betty”; his sons, Gregory (Martha) and Deacon Jeffrey (Susan); and his grandchildren, Hannah, Alexander, Peter, Rachel and Matthias.

Tom was preceded in death by his siblings, Hildegarde Schneider, Elizabeth Cumberledge, William and Robert.

At his request, there will be no public visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 30, in Immaculate Conception Church, St. James Parish, Washington. Interment will be private.
