William J. Bundy
William J. Bundy, 73, of Burgettstown, passed away on Monday Morning, May 23, 2022 in his home.
He was born on July 7, 1948 in Pittsburgh, a son of the late William H. and Emma Povero Bundy.
A graduate of the Union High School, Burgettstown and Point Park College in Pittsburgh, he served honorably as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force, being discharged in February 1973.
After retiring as a teacher in 1980, Bill worked for Hartman Flower and Gift Shoppe in Burgettstown for 25 years.
He is survived by his loving wife, Sybil P. Lynch Bundy; his sister, Linda A. Stiffler of Washington; nephews, Harry A. Stiffler, Jr. and Ted Stiffler, both of Washington; one great-niece and two great-nephews.
A Blessing Service, officiated by the Rev. Zach Galiyas, will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, in the Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery Chapel, Burgettstown. Everyone attending is kindly asked to meet at the Cemetery.
