James D. Depaoli
James D. Depaoli, 69, of Bentleyville, died Saturday, October 29, 2022, in Southmont Presbyterian Senior Care. He was born July 4, 1953, in Milwaukee, Wisc., a son of Helen Jedrezek Flanningon of Claysville, and the late Dutch Depaoli.
He was a graduate of Chartiers Houston High School. He then went on to be a self-employed contractor.
In James’ younger days he was known to many as Jimmy and then later on as Angel. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, watching football with his son, being outside with neighbors, and taking trips around town, going on “adventures” eating out, especially enjoying Shorty’s and a blooming onion at Outback. He was a man who enjoyed life and loved to laugh.
He is survived by two sons, Heath Depaoli (Karen Kletch) and Lance Depaoli; brother, Gary Depaoli (Maxine); two sisters, Lori Sharp (Carl), and Judy Grande; grandson, Neko; granddaughter, Makayla; five nieces and nephews, Brian and Mike Depaoli, Maria and Michelle Grande, and Sarah Gratz.
Deceased, in addition to his father, is a close cousin, Cathy Ramsey.
Family and friends are welcome at 4 p.m. Saturday November 5, in the Nichol Funeral Home, 1873 East Maiden Street, Washington, where a memorial service will be held.
