Jean S. Barnhart
Jean S. Barnhart, 93 of Waynesburg, died Wednesday, November 2, 2022, in Rolling Meadows Nursing Home.
She was born April 29, 1929 in Morgan Township, Greene County, a daughter of the late Harry C. and Inez Franks Simmons.
Jean was a graduate of Jefferson High School.
She was a farmer and home maker with her husband.
On November 21, 1948 she married Paul S. Barnhart, who died October 27, 2007.
Surviving is a daughter and her husband, Kathy (Frank) Borovichka of Denver, NC; three grandchildren, Yvonne Barnhart (Craig Greenwood), Nathan (Kristy) Borovichka, and Erin Jenkins; six great- grandchildren; two sisters, Peggy Martin of Waynesburg and Carol Ann Waters of East Millsboro.
Deceased is a son and his wife, Gregory P. and Victoria Barnhart; brothers, Robert “Donnie” Simmons, Harry C. “Junior” Simmons, and Charles Edwin Simmons.
