Daniel A. Yellets
Daniel A. Yellets, 44, a former resident of Waynesburg, and a current resident of Connellsville, passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2022, in Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, W.Va.
Daniel was born May 1, 1978, in Morgantown, the youngest child of his father, J.D. Yellets, his late birth mother, Sheila McGinnis Yellets, and his late earthly mother, Dr. Mona Counts.
He was a former employee of Lowe’s. In his free time, Dan loved to work on projects. He was known as the life of the party; a man who worked very hard, but kept everyone laughing with his joyful spirit.
In addition to his father, Dan is survived by his long-term companion, Kristy Riley and his bonus children, Alyssa and Austin; sisters, Jennifer Yellets of Liberty, Ky., and Joy Nugent, NP of Morgantown; two nieces, Melissa Jody of Danville, Ky., and Jessica Broyles of Nicholasville, Ky.; nephew, Grant Nugent of Morgantown; five great-nieces and nephews; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A celebration of life service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 3, in Hewitt Presbyterian Church, 1206 Crucible Road, Rices Landing, PA 15357.
