Lisa Mary Swango, 59, passed away peacefully Tuesday, October 4, 2022, after a 30-year battle with Multiple Sclerosis.

She was born March 24, 1963, a daughter of the late Thomas and Bernadette Kalinowski of Bethel Park.

She is survived by her daughters, Sarah Penrod (Michael) of California, Md., and Jamie Lukich (Joseph) of Bentleyville; and their father, Timothy Swango; her grandchildren, Riley, Logan, Isabella and Ava; sisters, Cindy Bauman, Kimberly Swinchock (Joseph), Diana Kaye, and Bernadette Lusk (Kevin); and lifelong best friend, Gretchen Wagner.

Lisa spent years leading Girl Scout troops, participating in the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), and coaching softball teams. She will be missed by many in the community.

There will be a private celebration of life for family and friends.
