Sarah Mackenzie Haines
Sarah Mackenzie Haines, 26, of Washington, died unexpectedly, Sunday, October 16, 2022.
She was born July 19, 1996, in Washington, a daughter of Christopher and Lisa Kouklakis Haines.
Sarah worked as a front office associate, for Children’s Therapy Center at Washington Health System.
She was a member of the All Saints Greek Orthodox Church. She enjoyed volunteering at her church and loved bowling. She was the president of the Meadows Lanes Thursday night mixed league. Sarah was an avid crafter.
She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders and was taking graduate classes to become a speech language pathologist.
Surviving in addition to her parents is her brother, Brandon Haines, of Claysville; Fiance, Andrew Moore, of Washington; her maternal grandmother, Patricia Kouklakis; her paternal grandmother, Carolyn Haines; and numerous cousins.
She was loved by all and will truly be missed by the staff, patients and families of Children’s Therapy Center.
Sarah was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Michael Kouklakis; and her paternal grandfather, Robert Haines.
Friends will be received from 3 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, in Sollon Funeral and Cremation Services, LTD, 30 East College Street, Canonsburg, Phillip L. Sollon, supervisor, 724-746-1000.
Trisagion will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday. Additional visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, in the All Saint’s Greek Orthodox Church, 610 W. McMurray Road, Canonsburg, PA, 15317.
Services will be held in the church, followed by burial.
